her terms hq is a private tool for running your creator business. we only collect what's needed to give you an account and save your data, we never sell your information, and your business data belongs to you.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, the name you choose, and (optionally) your page handle. We also store the information you choose to enter into the app — such as your fans, vault items, custom orders, earnings, and settings. We do not ask for or store payment card details (payments are arranged directly with us).
Your information is used only to operate her terms hq: to log you in, save your data to your account, and let you access it from any device. We may contact you about your account, your trial or subscription, or important service updates.
Your data is stored securely in a hosted cloud database. We take reasonable steps to protect it, and your account is protected by your password. Please keep your password private.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use trusted third-party providers to run the service (for example, our cloud hosting provider). These providers only process data as needed to keep the service running.
The business data you enter belongs to you. You can update it in the app anytime. If you'd like a copy of your data, email us and we'll send it to you. If you'd like your account and its data permanently deleted, email us and we'll take care of it — deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
To be transparent: because we host the service, your data is stored on our systems, and our team may access it only when needed to operate, support, or secure her terms hq. We never sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
We use a single secure cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
By creating an account or using her terms hq ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use her terms hq. Please provide accurate information when you sign up.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. After that, continued access requires an active subscription, arranged directly with us. If a subscription isn't renewed, your account becomes read-only — you can still view your data, but won't be able to edit it until you renew.
Payments are currently handled directly between you and us (for example, via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle). Subscriptions are billed per cycle. Because this is a digital tool with immediate access, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something's wrong, reach out — we're reasonable and want you to be happy.
The information you enter into her terms hq belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Please use her terms hq only for lawful purposes and don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
We work hard to keep her terms hq reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for losses arising from use of the service. her terms hq is a record-keeping and organization tool and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
We may update these terms or the service over time. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
